1st Line Support Engineer
100% Onsite – Guildford
Our client is looking for a 1st Line Engineer with a driven personality looking to pursue a career in IT. The right candidate will have a base understanding of the required technologies and a drive to increase their IT skillset.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in handling diverse environments such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365, Apple ecosystems, and a hybrid IT infrastructure combining cloud and on-premises services.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience using Apple or Microsoft MDM software.
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Experience with Microsoft 365
