2nd Line IT Support Technician

Full-time office based role

40 hours per week on a ‘mild’ shift rota, within the office hours of 07:00 – 18:00

Out-of-hours rota (1 in 4 weeks)

£27,000 + Bonus + Out of hours additional payment


  • 2nd line IT support for Windows Operating systems, MS Office and 3rd party applications.
  • Remote support of end users using phone and remote access tools.
  • Experience using incident & request call logging systems
  • Microsoft Windows installation, support & troubleshooting.
  • MS Office support & troubleshooting
  • Active Directory user & computer administration
  • Basic networking skills
  • Hardware support skills for laptops, desktops & printers
