2nd Line Support Analyst – Inside IR35 – Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their team on a contract basis, initially for 4 months with a  view to extend.

Please note, this role is INSIDE of IR35 and is a hybrid position, with 2-3 days per week on-site in the City of London.

2nd Line Support Analyst – Key Skills:

  • 2-3 years’ experience as a 2nd line Support Analyst/Engineer
  • ITIL Foundation/Certification
  • Service Management Triage – Service Desk Plus (Zoho ManageEngine)
  • Windows 10/11 laptop builds
  • Automation of Windows 11 builds
  • Intune and PowerShell Automation
  • Automation experience – particularly round laptop setup
  • End user deskside support
  • Citrix – nice to have
