2nd Line Support Engineer – Inside IR35 – Fully onsite
We are a well-established charity based in London, dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their IT team and provide vital technical support across their organization. This is an onsite role, offering the opportunity to work closely with their staff and ensure smooth operations of our technology systems.
Key Responsibilities & skills required:
- Provide 2nd line support for IT issues, ensuring timely resolution for all internal users.
- Troubleshoot and manage Office 365 issues, including email, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Support and maintain VMware virtual environments.
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
- Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Deliver outstanding user-facing support, ensuring excellent communication and a customer-focused approach.
