3rd Line Support Analyst – Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Analyst to join their team based near Glasgow, on a permanent basis.

You will provide technical support to end-users on issues related to Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure and Exchange 2016/2019. You will also ensure that all user requests are responded to in a timely manner and resolved to a good standard.
