Application Support Developer
You will be responsible for ensuring the correct running of these systems, requiring the continued demonstration of strong technical, diagnostic, and analytical skills. You will be working alongside BA’s and PM’s in the team, you will play a key role in the ongoing development of their bespoke (predominantly .Net / C# / SQL) software applications. This will include, but not be limited to: Analysis & design, specification, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing documentation.

Key skills/experience
- Previous experience within an Application Support Team
- Excellent Support skills to monitor and manage 3rd line support tickets
- Excellent technical ability in:
- .Net / C# ASP.Net MVC
- MS SQL Server 2016 / T-SQL / SSIS
- PowerShell
- JavaScript, and supporting JS frameworks
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Data analysis skills, troubleshooting data related problems and providing resilient fixes
Desirable skills
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Java / J2EE
- Web Services and APIs (e.g. REST, SOAP etc.).
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Tibco BusinessWorks
- IIS Administration
- Administration and use of Apache Tomcat
Essential Qualifications
Technical degree or equivalent
