Are you a skilled Software Development Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge software control systems? Based in West Yorkshire, my client are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join their Software Engineering team as a Software Development Engineer.
As a Software Development Engineer you will be a crucial member of the team and your responsibilities will include software specification, coding, testing, maintenance, and documentation.
To be considered, you should have:
- Proficiency in C/C++ and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Developer Tools and version control systems (e.g., subversion/git).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle applied mathematical challenges.
- Experience in multi-core, multi-process, and multi-threaded software development.
- Exposure to real-time and low-level embedded systems.
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
