Cloud Telephony Engineer
1 day a week onsite
Our client, a successful and well respected business based in the Gillingham area are searching for a new Cloud Telephony Engineer. The successful candidate will be an instrumental part of a growing IT Infrastructure team across the EMEA region, maintaining, supporting, optimizing and building out our unified communications and network landscape (incl. CISCO, TEAMS, SIP Cloud, SD-WAN, Cloud Firewalls, MPLS/VPN based LAN/WAN).
Key technical skills/experience required:
• MS TEAMs as a PBX solution
• Cloud PBX, Cloud Telephony
• SIP based communications networks and cloud solutions
• Networking Architectures
• CISCO Switch/Router Configuration & Topographies
• SD WAN Technology
• Load Balancing (ideally Kemp)
• DNS, DHCP, DCs
• Appreciation of SecOps as part of the role
• Advanced experience in implementing and designing the above-mentioned technologies across multinational enterprises.
Desirable technical skills / exposure to the following technologies:
• Microsoft 365 Environments
• Windows Server 2019
• Monitoring tools and technologies (SNMP) such as Orion/SolarWinds
• SAN technologies
