We are partnered with a household eCommerce business who are looking for a Data Analyst.

The role will be office based on an 8 month Fixed Term Contract.


Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide support for day to day business operation for the eCommerce team
  • Provide support in testing for Monthly and Quarterly Hybris development releases
  • Review and update existing bugs and improvements and raise new JIRA tickets (desirable but not essential)
  • Work closely with the UK call centre to identify site issues and improvements  
  • Communicate with Buying, Depot and Logistics teams as necessary to gather information and resolve issues
  • Assists in other areas of web content team as required


Required Skills, Abilities

  • Candidate must be a motivated self starter with good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A logical mind and solid aptitude for learning new systems and processes
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills and flexible attitude are a must
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential
  • Ability to multi task and manage various stakeholders with various requests
  • Awareness of key competitors and market trends in eCommerce
