Helpdesk Support Analyst 

Based 5 days onsite – Driving license essential

We have partnered with a leading organisation based in the Solihull area in their pursuit of a new Helpdesk Support Analyst for their team. Due to an internal promotion, this opportunity gives an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst the chance to work in a state of the art office alongside other experienced infrastructure professionals.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • General IT support, dealing with hardware and software enquiries; working together with a small team of staff to deliver a professional high quality service level to end users
  • To provide Technical IT Support for the dealer network
  • First line support for all desktop and laptop users
  • To resolve incidents with printers, copiers & scanners
  • Routine server maintenance and monitoring
  • Support meeting room booking system
  • Perform Daily IT tasks
  • To create, maintain and publish relevant support documentation
  • Undertaking other duties not specifically stated which from time to time are necessary without altering the nature or level of responsibilities

Skills required:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills
  • To be a highly motivated team player with the skills and ability to manage changing priorities
  • Good attention to detail and ability to show initiative
  • Ability to work flexibly and with enthusiasm

This role is office based 5 days per week and will require attendance of a weekend cover rota which is done remotely.
