IT Call Handler

Call handler required for busy Service Desk. Immediate start – Ideally you will have the following skills/experience:


  • Calm, confident telephone manner
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills
  • Ability to handle support enquiries (on the telephone, in writing and in person) from internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and to priorities issues
  • Be computer literate and adaptable in using different software
  • Time management and able to work on own initiative against legislative deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Knowledge of what is needed to adhere to data protection laws, security incident management.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders across all levels of a business and successfully engaging with them
  • General Working in a challenging and fast paced environment, you will need to be able to deal with a variety of competing priorities that will require a flexible and imaginative approach,
  • combined with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
  • You will be dynamic and self[1]motivated with the ability to work as a team
