IT Support Analyst – Banking

Our client, a leading banking organisation have an exciting requirement for an IT Support Analyst to join their Production Support team. The role will cover Microsoft Cloud infrastructure (Azure and Microsoft 365), server-side support and end user support.

This role will work on a shift rota which covers extended days. If you are interested in working for a well renowned banking organisation, please send your CV in the first instance.

Role responsibilities:

  • Ensure day to day running and maintenance of all cloud and physical infrastructure
  • Manage and administer local branch networks, devices, appliances and security management systems
  • Support virtualised server environment hosted in Azure
  • Set up and maintain desktop infrastructure
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for the legacy IBMi platform
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Datawarehouse, SQL and VM server environments
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for banking systems
  • Ensure disaster recovery sites are well maintained
  • Support and administer all associated IT equipment which includes desktops, laptops, tablets, printers and scanners
