IT Support Technician


Proactive’ s client has an urgent requirement for an onsite IT Support Technician, the role is ideal for someone that is confident, hands-on, quick to learn, can interpret and document challenging IT scenarios and has an established career in IT.

The job, by its very nature, is diverse and will give exposure to a variety of IT roles, environments, and technologies (Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Intune & ) as well as a variety of user hardware. Hardware including Servers, PC’s, laptops, printers and mobile devices


Skills Required:

* Software including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, Desktop OS, Server OS, SCCM.

* Day-to-day running

* Investigation of issues

* Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Exchange

* VMWare/Hyper-V

* San/NAS Storage

* Office 365

* Office 2003 – 2016

* Windows Server 2003 onwards

* Back up technologies

* Remote Working technologies

* Networking Technologies
