M365 Support Analyst

Our client are looking for a permanent M365 Support Analyst to join their small team in the Bromsgrove area. Handling front line queries on M365, you will also be responsible for general PC and Network tickets.
Skills required:
- Proven Microsoft 365 / M365 support experience
- General PC & network knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be onsite in Bromsgrove 5 days per week
- Must have access to own vehicle as well as full UK license
