.NET Developer – REMOTE
We are working in partnership with one of our largest customers who are massive global player in the financial services sector.
Purpose of the role
Application analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and support of new and existing solutions. The role holder will be working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused team creating fit-for-purpose customer-accepted, deliverable solutions using the latest Azure DevOps tools.
Skills Required
- Must have a solid grounding in complete system application development lifecycle, deployment, and support in the IT industry (ideally in a software vendor or large in-house IT department)
- At least 3 years’ experience developing within most if not all the following technologies/protocols:
- C# .Net, Web Services, API, REST
- ASP.NET, .NET CORE
- Strong MS SQL Server experience with SQL and stored Procedures. SQL Server
- Azure DevOps
- Understanding of XML & XSD
- Appreciation of different microservices architecture particularly event driven and strong understanding of eventual consistency
- Insurance business knowledge
- Experience of unit testing and automated testing
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
