Programme Director – Outside IR35 – Hybrid options available

We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead large-scale core system transformations and upgrades. This role requires strategic oversight and deep technical knowledge, particularly in regulated sectors like banking, legal, or insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead core system transformation initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Manage complex stakeholder environments across multiple business functions.
• Oversee budget, timelines, and project risks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate potential system disruptions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in core system upgrades/transformations.
• Background in banking, legal, insurance or similar regulated environments.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
