Scrum Master
Hybrid working 3 days onsite in London
Our banking client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help support on a large scale digital transformation programme. In this role you will act as lead to implement a new Application and Mobile Banking service for retail and private customers. You will be responsible for managing and delivering the projects required for the new Application and Mobile Banking service.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years overall experience with a substantial percentage of experience obtained within financial services
- Previous experience in a project role in the Banking industry is essential
- Certification in project methodology Prince2 / PMP, APM, Lean, Six Sigma etc. would be an advantage (Agile experience is a must)
- Minimum 3 years of delivery experience with strong business value creation skills
- Knowledge of banking business / products / operations and IT system development life cycle
- Must have experience in DevOps and Agile
- Must have experience implementing or significant experience delivering Application and Mobile banking platforms/servicies
- Experience of managing delivery from multiple third parties
- Experience of leading projects with minimal support and supervision
