Senior Integration Developer – Hybrid
Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Senior Integratiom Developer to join their team based in London, on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid, with 2-3 days in the office per week.
You will have strong experience with Kafka and Java as well as integrating data and applications using both technologies. Any financial services experience would be highly advantageous.
Reporting to the Lead Application Developer, as a Senior Integration Developer you will help guide the overall design, analysis, coding, testing, researching and implementation of the data integration strategy and be the technical best practice champion for the integration platform.

Senior Integration Developer – Key Skills:
- 8+ years integration experience (essential), ideally in Financial Services (nice to have)
- Extensive experience with Java
- Extensive experience with Kafka on premise including troubleshooting, messaging, streaming, configuration of brokers and Kafka Connectors and Java
- Integrating data and applications, using both Java and Kafka
- Extensive experience writing Microservices/Web Services
- Experience using JIRA
- Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD and Test Automation
- Experience providing leadership to developers in a mentor/coaching capacity
- Experience with interfacing Salesforce with Kafka
