IT Manager, Global Wholesale/Market Place Systems
Our client is looking for a Senior Manager with Wholesale IT Systems knowledge who is hands-on and will have technical knowledge in Wholesale/marketplace technology applications, ideally with SAP Integration knowledge. This role involves implementing and supporting Wholesale and Market Place technology applications, collaborating with internal/external teams, and overseeing Global Wholesale/Market Place applications and business environments. The role requires configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and maintaining existing systems and applications and working with vendors and IT teams on support. You will have the following skills: –
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s overall business and department-specific requirements.
- Works effectively and autonomously in a team with strong engagement and commitment to quality and customer service.
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple vendors, including global partners supporting applications.
- Reviews and analyses existing applications.
- Collaborates with IT Partners
- Configure, maintain and monitor Global Systems, including EDI, Sales, Order processing.
- Work with service providers to meet Service Level Agreements
- Communicates ongoing issues with Wholesale/Market Place Operations teams.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement in services to Wholesale/Market Place Business and External Customers.
- Works with support providers to create and maintain procedures
- Participate in and help manage Wholesale-related Incident calls.
- In-depth experience and understanding of Wholesale Business processes.
- Knowledge of Wholesale/Market Place IT Systems.
- Knowledge of Wholesale/Market Place IT Systems, ideally with NuOrder, SAP, EDI (EDICOM), PRICAT, and OMS (Sterling).
