Service Desk Engineer – On Site – Northamptonshire – Our client is a leader in their field is looking for an enthusiastic Service Desk Engineer who is looking to grow their career in a company that offers an excellent working environment industry-leading benefits package. You will have a great telephone, deskside manner, desire, and interest in 2nd line Support. You will have a broad understanding of desktop applications, including – MS Office – Azure – AD – Windows etc.

  • Experienced in 1st Line Support
  • Knowledge of 2nd line Support
  • Happy with Helpdesk and Deskside Support
  • Experience with Windows Servers – Storage – Networks
  • Knowledge of MS 365 – Azure – Azure – AWS –
  • Assist with upgrades and installs.
