Service Readiness Analyst

We are working with one of our biggest customers who are in need of an experienced Service Readiness Analyst.  The role is INSIDE IR35 and is of a hybrid nature where you will be looking at 2 days a week to begin with in the office.

Role Description

Engage with project, development & operational teams to drive them to be ready & able to run operational IT services by promoting service design, agreeing service readiness criteria for each project & tracking activities through to completion, communicating / escalating risks & issues as appropriate with support from the Service Readiness Manager for complex/critical services.  Ensure focus on these activities is fit for purpose since there is a need to balance requirements associated with a high volume of projects.

Provide operational teams clear visibility of future projects to support engagement & encourage any service transition risks or issues to be raised:

  • Engage regularly with project portfolio managers to identify projects within scope, acting as lead service readiness representative for one or more portfolios.
  • Maintain project tracker.
  • Meet regularly with operational teams to review the tracker.
