Key skill:  Tableau Server

My client are looking for an experienced Tableau Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

The role will be mostly as administrator, with some development.

You will be working on several IT projects at any one time involving analysis, design, development, implementation and support.

Configure and maintain the Tableau Server environment, ensuring efficient, effective and secure operation of the application and its content.

Apply Tableau upgrades and patches in a timely manner, coordinating and communicating new features and impacts to the business

Administer user access to the Tableau Server environment including user groups and security permissions and in so doing, liaise with colleagues to understand server and client licencing requirements and usage.

Create and publish data sources and dashboards, keeping them under review and updated as required, defining and maintaining strong change management processes for the promotion of Tableau changes from development to production.

Maintain a watching brief on Tableau and wider BI developments and innovation, being recognised as a Tableau expert and problem-solver to fix issues with Tableau as they arise.

NOTE – This client may be able to support individuals on a PSW Post Study Work Visa and provide future sponsorship if required.
