Technology Manager Automation

Our client is looking for Technology Manager Automation to join on a permanent full-time basis on their Kent office. For this role you must have the following essential skills/experience:

Key technical skills/experience

•             Master’s Degree or equivalent in the field of Computer Science, information systems, business administration or related fields

•             Minimum 10 years of experience working in IT environment

•             Minimum 5 years in managing a scope of technologies

•             Minimum 5 years’ experience working in as an international team, working across countries and at a global level

•             Knowledge of UiPath RPA and Process Mining technologies

•             Strong Knowledge of information technologies and methodologies

•             Expertise in specific technology areas, preferably related to SAP & Service Now

•             Knowledge of AI/ML technologies supporting automation

•             Experience in contributing to large scale technology projects

•             Substantial exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems

•             Knowledge of ITIL processes.

Management skills/experience

•             Contribute to both strategic technology evolution roadmap

•             Provide inputs and estimates for the investments plan

•             Scope and plan delivery activities

•             Lead Develop, Tests and Deploy

•             Maintain technology operating model (responsibilities, operational requirements and design operational processes, required skills …) and perform change management to ops team

•             Be the Technical advisor to the project manager

•             Contribute to develop, Tests and Deploy

•             Define technology operating model (responsibilities, operational requirements and design operational processes) : Starting in the early phase of the technology implementation, define the operational requirements

eg skills, processes & operational workflows, tools, controls, monitoring, performance measures and governance needs) to ensure smooth transition to operations and efficient operations of the technology.

•             Contribute to operating model deployment (training)

•             Manage technical relationships with technology suppliers In the context of projects or technology lifecycle, manage the daily relationship with the vendor

•             TLM, Innovation

•             Operations performance

•             Manage a team , to motivate and inspire them to achieve their goals

•             Promote innovation mindset and technology / market / trend watch and peer connections

•             Ensure upskilling and development of the team
