Helpdesk Support Analyst

Our client who are a leading manufacturer based in the Monmouth area have an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their close knit team. This role will involve a range of responsibilities and is suitable for a Helpdesk Support Analyst who is keen to provide a high level service whilst also increasing their own knowledge on the job. As the first point of call for all helpdesk related queries, you will be responsible for resolving these issues or escalating them to the relevant teams. An individual who is keen to look at all options before escalation would be ideal in this instance.

Skills required:

* Proven Helpdesk / Service Desk / Desktop Support experience
* O365 experience
* Windows desktop / Windows server
* Excellent communication / customer facing skills
* Motivated and passionate about providing a high level service
