Service desk Analyst – Cardiff/Remote Working
Our client, who is experiencing a spike in demand, is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst who has excellent communication skills and work ethic. You will have a blend of the following skills:-
* Managing IT, requests, incidents, problems, and change within the Company.
* Work through service tickets to 1 st line-level promptly
* Monitor calls made to the Service Desk and raise tickets.
* Manage queues and resolve tickets to agreed SLA’s.
* Escalate to 2 nd Line as and when necessary
* MS Office experience
* Any Helpdesk software knowledge highly desirable
