Service Desk – Helpdesk – Microsoft – AS400 – Cisco – Our client a global provider is urgently looking to source a Service Desk – Helpdesk Analyst to join their project team, You will have a blend of the following skills:-

* Running all the Bank’s System
* MS Server – AS400 – Cisco
* System saves, backups and offsite backup
* Management of all equipment maintenance
* Release of new enhancements and upgrades
* Log all user problems providing support over the phone, through email and in-person
* Provide desktop support to users
* Provide application support to users
* Ensure operations procedure manuals are updated regularly to incorporate all relevant changes
