Our client who are a global retailer have an exciting opportunity for a Support manager to join them on an initial 3 month contract. This role is to help support the team with some ongoing projects and BAU work which include a WMS migration. This role will be hands-on in working with the team but not a hands-on technical role.
* Strong Support Management background – 2nd line application support
* Excellent communication skills
* Service delivery experience / Acceptance into service
* Experience of WMS/Manhatten/Red Prairie is highly desirable
* Any experience of the retail industry would be highly desirable
