Systems Manager – HR Systems

Our client, a household name is urgently looking for an experienced Systems Manager, with specialist knowledge of HR Systems to join their team based near Kingston-Upon-Thames, on a permanent basis. The Systems Manager – HR Systems will provide functional and technical expertise for implementing, enhancing and supporting business processes through business applications centred around Northgate HR and Office365.

Systems Manager – HR Systems – Key Skills:

* 2+ years working with HR systems and processes in a project and business support capacity.
* 2+ years of experience working with Office365 in a project and user adoption capacity.
* 5+ years of experience working with stakeholders to define and deploy corporate intranets & websites, brand websites, workflow systems, mobility solutions and digital marketing systems.
* 5+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably Food & Beverage.
* Experience of managing IT projects, enhancements and business change activity.
* Experienced in managing vendors both during projects and for operational service delivery.
* Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
* Good communication and influencing skills at all levels of the company.
* Ability to understand and document business requirements and system specifications.

Systems Manager – HR Systems – Responsibilities:

* Gather requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors and internal team members to deliver appropriate business applications that drives efficiency, productivity, innovation and collaboration.
* Be responsible for the smooth running of the business applications (via internal competency and external support contracts) that underpin critical business processes.
* Drive knowledge-sharing and leveraging of best practices across the business.
