Junior Business Analyst

Our client, a well-established and respected market leader in their industry, is seeking to hire a Junior Business Analyst into their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has just completed a degree or MSc in Business Amin, Economics, Information Systems or technology, who is looking to build a career in Business Analytics.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and research
- Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the design, development, and implementation of new systems and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to share insights and recommendations
- Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business need
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or business intelligence platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of project management and Agile methodologies
