Logistics Systems Data Analyst
- Crawley (Hybrid – currently 2 days on-site, 3 days WFH, with flexibility).
- £223 per day (Inside IR35)
- 37.5 hours per week
- Contract to end of September (likely extension into 2027)
- We’re recruiting for a Logistics Systems Data Analyst to support spare parts operations within a European function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain ERP system integrity and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor and resolve ERP/EDI transactional errors
- Analyse data trends and implement corrective actions
- Develop automated processes and reporting tools
- Produce clear, accurate reports for operational and management teams
- Support logistics, planning, and parts teams with data insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement and global projects
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, BaaN)
- Advanced Excel and strong IT skills
- SQL and database knowledge
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Supply chain knowledge preferred
- EDI experience a bonus
