Systems Support Analyst

Monthly Rolling Contract (Outside IR35) – Up to £225 per day | Flexible Hybrid, Remote with occasional travel

We’re currently supporting a client to find a contract Systems Support Analyst to join their growing team on a monthly rolling basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across a dynamic technical environment, supporting day-to-day system operations while playing a key part in system integrations, updates, and ongoing improvements. You’ll be involved in managing the full software lifecycle, ensuring systems remain efficient, secure, and aligned with business needs. If you enjoy solving problems, working with evolving technologies, and making a tangible impact on system performance, this could be a great next role.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Help manage software lifecycle 
  • Technical support – incident and problem resolution on core systems
  • Systems Integrations 
  • Managing Systems Upgrades 
  • Continual Professional Development
  • Follow processes

Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of modern development technologies and 3rd party IT systems
  • Understanding of IT Infrastructure 
  • More detailed technical knowledge in several of the areas identified: API, Web Services and other integration methodologies, Microsoft Programming Tools – particularly Visual Studio, Programming Languages including C#, ASP.Net, Project process o Development life cycle, Release and QA processes, Coding standards and methods, SQL, HTML and related tools, Process analysis, GIS standards

Qualifications:

  • ITIL 
  • Prince2 
  • Technical degree (ideally) or equivalent experience
