PMO Analyst

Remote working with occational travel to sites across the UK 

We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced programme environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for governance, reporting, and continuous improvement to play a key role in supporting successful project delivery.

As a PMO Analyst, you will support the delivery of projects and programmes by ensuring consistent processes, high-quality reporting, and effective stakeholder communication. You will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to track progress, manage risks and issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build effective relationships and support stakeholders across the business. You will be comfortable working with multiple priorities, ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining strong attention to detail at all times.

This role offers excellent exposure to enterprise-level programmes and the opportunity to develop your career within a structured PMO environment.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build rapport and drive engagement
• 2–3 years’ experience within a PMO / project support / project coordination role
• Experience working within structured delivery environments (Agile or Waterfall)
• Strong understanding of governance, reporting, risk and issue management
• Experience with PMO tools / systems (e.g. Service Desk Plus or similar tracking tools desirable)
• Ability to work with third-party vendors and delivery partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong documentation, reporting, and data management skills
• Awareness of security and compliance policies within project delivery environments
• Experience working in teams in an IT service desk/IT support environment is an advantage
• A good working knowledge of computer hardware and software related requests
• Experience working with 3rd party software/solution providers
