Project Manager / Business Analyst – Corporate & Investment Banking

Inside IR35 – 3 days onsite

We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Markets Project Manager / Business Analyst to join a high-performing Change Management team within a leading Corporate & Investment Banking division.

This role will focus on delivering strategic investment banking product and infrastructure enhancements across global markets. You will work closely with Business Change Managers, Product Managers, senior business stakeholders, and technology teams to drive complex front-to-back change initiatives across Markets.

Domain Experience:

  • Candidates should have working knowledge of regulatory landscapes, but the emphasis is on strong Front Office product/capability experience 
  • Preferred asset class exposure across FX, Rates and/or Commodities (coverage across all is beneficial but not mandatory)
  • OTC derivate Clearing and securities settlement systems are key focus areas as capabilities
  • Candidates must be able to clearly evidence experience in these domains

Role Profile (50/50 BA–PM hybrid):

  • We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate end-to-end ownership across both Business Analysis and Project Management. This includes:
  • Leading projects from initiation through to delivery
  • Performing comprehensive business requirements capture and review with SME’s
  • Engaging effectively with Product Management
  • Overseeing build and testing phases
  • Coordinating with Front Office, Operations, Risk and Finance stakeholders
