Service Desk Analyst – Remote/London

Our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to serve as the interface between users and the IT Support Team. You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate with users at all levels, along with an understanding of Microsoft Office/365 and helpdesk software. To be considered, you need the following skills: –

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • An understanding of IT technology platforms
  • ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, Change knowledge
  • IT customer Service focused
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan own work
