Are you working in an MSP and looking for your next step?

 

We’re looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join a growing managed services provider. You’ll work alongside experienced Service Delivery Managers, supporting a portfolio of customers while developing the skills needed to progress into an SDM role

 

What you’ll be doing: 

You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of managed services, including:

  • Producing SLA and service performance reports
  • Preparing for customer service review meetings
  • Monitoring ticket queues and service levels
  • Coordinating incidents, problems and change requests
  • Working with technical teams to keep customers informed
  • Following up on actions and helping to drive service improvements

What we’re looking for:

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience working for an MSP
  • A good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management
  • ITIL Foundation, or a good awareness of ITIL principles
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Exposure to infrastructure managed services (servers, cloud, networking or storage)
