Data and Analytics Lead
We are urgently seeking a seasoned Data & Analytics professional with strong exposure to CPG consumer analytics, marketing, or trade marketing. The ideal candidate will combine hands‑on expertise with leadership skills to drive data‑driven business outcomes in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable data solutions
- Lead cross‑functional teams and manage product lifecycles in Data & Analytics
- Deliver insights on consumer behaviour and CPG analytics
- Remain hands‑on with day‑to‑day analytics tasks, ensuring accuracy and impact
Profile Requirements
- Strong experience managing D&A teams
- Strong business‑facing experience in global environments
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI), data modeling (Python or R), and platforms such as Fabrics and SQL
- Ability to lead teams while remaining hands‑on in consumer analytics
