HR Implementation Analyst – Remote – Inside IR35

HR Implementation Analyst to join a critical HR systems implementation project that requires immediate support. We need someone who can quickly add value and help drive the successful implementation of Cezanne HR. Working closely with HR and IT, project stakeholders and third-party suppliers, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the system through data analysis, testing, integrations and implementation support. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and configuration of the Cezanne HR system.
  • Analyse and validate HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Lead and support HR data migration activities. Work with technical teams on API integrations between Cezanne HR and other business systems.
  • Develop, execute and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Create and maintain comprehensive test scripts and testing documentation.
  • Coordinate issue resolution during testing and implementation. Support penetration testing and security validation activities with technical teams.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT and external implementation partners to deliver project milestones. Identify project risks, dependencies and opportunities to accelerate delivery.
  • Provide implementation guidance, training and post-go-live support where required. Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an HR Implementation Analyst, HR Systems Analyst or HR Systems Consultant. Experience in implementing or supporting HR systems essential
