Job Title: Print Service Engineer
Location: Sheffield, Doncaster & Barnsley Areas
Salary: £31,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a experiended Print Service Engineer to join a leading company specialising in multifunction printers and managed print services, with a focus on long-life, eco-friendly components. In this role, you will provide technical field support across the Sheffield, Doncaster, and Barnsley patch, ensuring our clients receive first-class service and solutions for their printing needs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for printers.
  • Investigate and resolve faults efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform device installations, routine maintenance, and updates/modifications as required.
  • Support installations and ensure smooth setup of printer equipment.
  • Please note: You will not be expected to carry heavy equipment upstairs; all equipment will already have been delivered.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a field technical support role, ideally within the MFP/copier/print industry.
  • City & Guilds or similar qualification, or equivalent competence level.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to resolving technical issues quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide first-class customer service.
  • Candidates must be based in or near Sheffield, Doncaster, or Barnsley.
