Join a high-impact cybersecurity programme as a Senior Cyber Business Analyst, driving initiatives that strengthen security maturity and reduce organisational risk.
You’ll work at the heart of delivery, partnering with senior stakeholders, security teams, and programme leads to translate complex cyber requirements into clear, actionable solutions. With a strong focus on IAM and PAM, you’ll support access governance, lead workshops, and shape processes aligned to key regulatory frameworks such as DORA and NIS2.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll define and validate requirements, map processes, and produce data-driven insights to support decision-making and compliance. You’ll play a key part in enhancing security controls, improving operational efficiency, and driving successful programme outcomes.
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Key Skills
- Strong Business Analysis experience within cybersecurity / IT infrastructure
- Expertise in IAM & PAM (RBAC, access governance, identity lifecycle)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
- Strong data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (DORA, NIS/NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST)
- Process mapping, optimisation, and requirements validation
- Knowledge of SOC, DLP, Vulnerability Management, and secure configuration
